About Me

I am Mrs Amanda Guidry Rivera, an army wife to Captain Joshua Rivera, a mother to Jaelynn Isabella and Zoey Maria, and an ever growing and developing woman trying to find her place in this big world. I have began blogging to connect with other military wives and mothers, and also to share my journey of weight loss and finding fitness. I am working towards being a Personal Trainer and hope to help other mothers find the beauty and strength they have inside despite the number on the scale. I grew up a small town girl in a tiny area of Virginia and have since lived all over through my husbands career. I love Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and would not be where I am today if not for his grace, mercy, and love. I have four amazing parents, three beautiful sisters, amazing in laws and an abundance of other people I am blessed to call family.
